Almost 3 week gone after start working by teacher at school

It was very interesting and hard time, due of getting obligations create programs almost for all school since 2 till 11 grade students

Now become more easy due of getting some work experience and with time, which help us get used for any situation in life

First time I got experience working in 3 and 4 grades with small pupils, consisted from 30 pupils

They were very attentive and kept silence, due of interesting of new language

May be cuz there are in class was their’s head teacher, I don’t know, but was quiet hahaha

I have 3 working days per week, but almost all day I am busy, due of teaching all school grades

In wednesday afternoon (14 Of September)  I had 3 and 4 grades and suddenly director asked me come into her room for some important talk

I come there during my break between lessons

What she told me I can’t forget before nowadays, it’s has stuck in my head

She was told that got 2 complaints on me and Sasha from parents and was asked me invite Sasha for privacy conversation

She was told first - that we were a little rude with 6 grade pupils and told them rough words at the lessons

Second, mom of one girl were asserting that I had promised her daughter spoil final document by giving her low mark

I was in shock after such audacity from pupils side

As all known when pupils saw fresh teacher they trying ask questions and telling about old teacher

But when they bother lesson by making unstoppable and repetitive noise teacher use more strong voice for calming them

For fresh teacher it’s common situation, need create attentiveness in first lesson, so need use a little high tone in voice

Of course we done it due of noises in all grade classes

I suppose that pupils thought that they are bosses and can ruling by teacher after complaints to director

It was 6 grade pupils!! Incredible crap, omg~

What will be tomorrow, will they come to lesson with lawyers, a??

How could 16 years old girl had complained on me after 3 worked lessons

She were still fresh for me, cuz only 3 lessons gone

I were giving them old matherials, it was repetition, was not no one test for checking old knowledges, no one homework, no one new test!!

She had spoiled me reputation, why could I spoil to she final documents!?

Immediatelly I refreshed this situation at class and told to director that “accident”

One boy told me, why still didn’t I post good marks to all class for presence?

My reaction was Immediatelly

I replied by cold voice that never will painting marks from head, even for exellent pupils, I will post marks only for knowledges who will learn my subject, not due of it’s exellent pupil for all other subjects and I need post the same exellent mark

It’s never will exist at my lessons

Were sitting at director’s room, I got me on thoughts, that 9 grade girls accepted this information too close and told it to parents

But I had got reprimand in the beggining of my carrer~

After such conversation I felt that had step at shit on the road, cuz I didn’t consider any my fault

That sassy girl just has rich imagination and scare for nothing, why she need scare if she exellent pupil, why?

May be she was thought that I am hight school student and wanted paying in adult teacher??

I don’t know…….. sigh

Parents never will force me posting good marks after presser form director's side, never!!

Pupils should show me knowledges, not old list with other lesson’s marks

The working day was ended and we were going home

In the morning, when we were going to work was serenity weather: birds were singing, sky was clearly, nothing wouldn’t expect bad news and nasty weather

After lunch weather changed a lot: sky become dark and rain were starting

It was still rainy weather, when i was coming to home bus station

After coming outside, as usual I was need across the street

In that day I got watered by dirty water form random driver, due of his hight speed~

I wasn’t upset about it, cuz in my head was conversation with head teacher

At home i washed tights with coat and took fresh green tea with chocolate

Then Sasha come home after her extra lessons…..

In that evening we were trying understand what’s wrong was in our behaviors and made some conclusions

I decided continue working in that school and observing that complained pupils

If such situation will happen again I will leave that school, cuz I never allow parents ruling by teacher, never!

May be I am not right, God will judge me~
