I wanna tell to all about my last work place in details where I worked almost 2 full years.

My work place is very big company of auto spare parts by wholesale.

It has affiliates in 6 towns of Russia.

We sell spare parts to sole proprietorships, car service’s centers, spare parts shops and also send it for auto spare parts shop.

Our spare parts are delivering from Japan and Korea only.

I did some photos at the work place to show how we work.

I was shooting in Sunday 2011-07-10, when we have not so many clients and I could free made shots of all working places.

Well we are entering into our office:

In the right side of the enter hall u can see selling place where storekeepers will give you auto spare parts according your invoice.

In the left side you can see table with free coffee/cacao machine. Also there are free sugar, tea bags, spoons and dispenser with hot/cold water.

There is rule in our company: “Client is always right, we work for clients.”

That’s’ why we have free toilet and treats for them.  

First client is going to selling hall, where he can see 5 operators, which will process your order from your words or from fax/telephone.

Here you can see how my 54-year co-worker woman Elena processed order of client.

Invoices looks by this way. And in the end of the day we got piles of invoices which we carefully keep in a box.

Also in selling hall with operators you can see our main manager Valentina’s working table and cabinet of room with selling managers. They give free consultations about spare parts and help to clients choose a spare part.

I also would like show pic of my old working room, where I worked almost year by supply manager and custom manger with 6 other order managers and our secretary.

My table you can see here and my place was in a right side near wall behind the ledge with rosettes.

8 persons were sitting in one room. It was good time in spite of the thing that I worked for 2 people (now 3 persons do my duties, which I did alone).

Guys helped me and taught me to be quality and smart worker of auto spare parts company.   

Then I’ll show you our wardrobe room.

This room divided for 3 small areas: wardrobe zone, toilet and shower.

I usually made all mine photos there in wardrobe zone.

We have dress code in our work place, so I dressed according our bylaw.

In the day where I made shots of mine I wasn’t feel good.

I had hard and stressful 3 days, I was upset and it shows in my face.

Now you can see our kitchen where every worker gets fool lunch and it’s for free.

In Sunday I got squid with boiled rise.

The lunch was so yummy.

Well, in spite of all what I said I decided leave my work place.

I have some reasons for my decision.

But it will be next topic in our blog.
