Yesterday we were at the Carrefour supermarket and bought some grocery things, include meat.

We don’t have oven here and can make fried food because we have proper stove.

We are spent almost 2 weeks in China and I started miss by fried cutlets.

That’s why I decided make dumplings.

I made usual traditional Russian dumplings, like mama taught us, but add Korean spices which we got from Korean noodle.

 

Unfortunately I can't create Chinese dumplings, but would like to learn the way how it does.

Chinese groceries are awesome, fresh meat, onion, butter etc.

Taste of dumplings was awesome, so light and nutritionally.

Butter was very delicious too.

 

We really forgot how farm products smell.

Last time we ate such meat from village, where living mama’s relatives.

 

Recipe:

For dough you should mix one egg, some salt glass of water and 0.5 kg of flour.

Stuff:

Meat needs mix with onion, and pepper, also u can add garlic.

Cooking:

Knead the dough but not too much steep.

Cut the dough on sausages and then cut them into small pieces.

Each piece roll into circles and put on a stuff by teaspoon of filling.

Then close the dough, gluing edge.

 

 

Then ready-made dumplings boil and serve.
